I had a question about my order because I couldn’t quite remember if I’d chosen the right rose, so I emailed them to check. From what I remember, they got back to me much faster than I was expecting and explained everything really clearly. They didn’t make me feel awkward for asking either, which I appreciated. The order was sorted without any hassle, and overall I was really happy with the service. I’d definitely use Peter Beales Roses again.

The box showed up a bit squashed, which was annoying because I basically had to sit there and hope nothing inside got ruined. Thankfully, the roses were mostly fine, but the packaging definitely could’ve been better

I ordered a few roses and was so pleased when they arrived. Everything matched what I’d picked online, with no missing items or random mix-ups, which was what I’d been a bit worried about. The labels were clear too, so it was easy to tell what was what. Really happy with the whole order!

The rose looks nice overall, but it was a bit weak when it arrived. I’m hoping with some water, sunlight, and a little patience it’ll perk back up soon. If you order one, I’d just recommend checking it right away and giving it some extra care the first few days.

That said, it felt a bit rushed, and I had to ask twice about pruning before I really understood what to do. They weren’t rude or anything... just seemed busy, maybe?

Overall, it was fine. I’d probably go back again, but for a specialist rose place, I was expecting just a bit more time and help

The rose arrived a lot bigger than I thought it would, which was a nice surprise. It looks like a proper mature plant, with strong stems and a healthy look overall. Just from first impressions, I’ve got a good feeling about it, and it already seems to be settling in nicely.
